David has been working with a few of our clients at Fitcorp Asia over the past year, I have to say that another great area of David's expertise is not only his ability to teach efficiency in the water but also to help those overcome their 'fear' of water. Inspired confidence in the water.

David has found his passion, is a great communicator and instills confidence in his clients from the first second.

Thanks David,

I've been swimming no more than 500m of Freestyle daily.
Today I easily managed 1000m of Freestyle, then hopped into several 100m of Breastroke. No fatigue, no muscle soreness.
I can personally attest to the efficiency of the TI approach.
In the 'old' way of swimming It was impossible to make such huge increments of distance - because the 'traditional' method requires such power (pulling/kicking to muscle my way through the water, and I was fatigued at the end! So I had to do more to get fitter - I thought..
But no more! TI is such a comfortable, easy way to swim - just taken me time to re-learn a good method, after many decades of futile brutally bashing, splashing and panting - ugghh! Thank you very much David. No stopping me now - I'm happily learning the next stroke..

Here's my shamless endorsement and promotion, as a student: David Mielziner is a swimming stud. I went from "i dont know how to swim across a 30 meter pool" to doing 1,500 meters in < 40 minutes after only lessons. If I can do this, anyone can...Thanks David!
