Futaba Yoga which is on Soi Ruam Rudee, walking distance from Ploenchit BTS station. You can pay per session or buy about 10 sessions and then just use them over a period of several months. www.futabayoga.exteen.com
Yoga Elements which is on Soi Chidlom just behind Central Chidlom in the Vanissa Building. They teach a vinyasa base of yoga mostly but with lots of variety in workshops. www.yogaelements.com Drop in classes for 500 baht or 10 sessions for 2,500.
Absolute yoga also have 6 studios across BKK plus one in Samui. Not sure if you can pay as you go for these though? www.absoluteyogabangkok.com
