I'm looking for a weekend tennis partner. I'm up for playing Saturdays or Sundays in the Sukhumvit area. I haven't played in a club or had any lessons but I play socially most weeks, so I wouldn't say I am a beginner. If you're interested please let…
iWindsurf - All who windsurf in Thailand or who would like to, are welcome to join this group, Go ahead put your hands up - how many of us are out there?
Thanks for the feedback. That's a pretty smoking deal with 5000THB for 50 sessions. Are yoga sessions every day at all times? Early Morning or evening is best for me around the standard working hours.
I had a gander around Ruamradee and All seasons but couldn't see the yoga joint mentioned. Admittedly it was freakin' hot and I lost interest as the rain started to pelt! Ruamradee would definitely be easier for me. Will maybe try buzz them and see if they have a Sunday session this weekend and might try that if Saturday night catch up is not too much of a blast...
Sorry,I've been pretty useless on the info front so far. Thanks for getting back and please keep me posted with your yoga outings and anything you think might be of interest for a stiff old man.
Thanks for the info and quick response. From your comment I definitely won't be going to California Wow... groins are injured enough and no need for ridiculous splits.... what kind of beginners class is that?
I know what you mean about Songkran... lost a few hours on Silom Rd. Chaos but humour!
Did you try that yoga place on Ruamradee? I'm keen for somewhere close to home so I can maybe duck in before or after work.
Will keep my eyes peeled and let you know if I try any crappy back breakers 'beginner' classes or find a decent starter session.
Did you ever manage to find a decent yoga studio? The old chassis is hurting and I'm keen for a yoga studio close by where I can attend when I want and no need for memberships etc. I live near Ruamrudee (sp?) and interested to hear if you found somewhere decent in the area?
Thanks and regards,
Mike
PS...Just a 'heads up' that I'm a beginner so won't handle any contortionist stuff if those are the only classes offered where you go.

Not sure you got my mail? Just trying to find out how you went at Ruamradee and where the yoga joint actually is? Thanks...
Mike
