Hi Chris, Phuket Spicy 7s is confirmed on Feb 2010, Andaman and Phuket 7s on the 2 last weekend of Nov 2010, and Bangkok 7s + Pattaya 7s 2010 will have to be confirmed later... I will enter all informations in SportsThailand asap.

Yes there are a couple of trainers there. The trainers come in the afternoon 3pm-7pm. It's about 300 baht per session.

I train at P'N Gym near Saphan Kwai BTS it's on the roof of a guesthouse. It used to be at the army base, but the gym moved to the present location.
